Shipping

We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free delivery.

Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds once an order has been sold and delivered.

Exchanges are offered only if the item arrives damaged.

How to Request an Exchange

To be eligible, you must record an unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed parcel being opened and the damaged item. Please email this video, along with your order number, to our official email id: lumeandtale@gmail.com.

Exchange requests without a clear unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Exchange Delivery

Once your exchange is approved, the replacement will be delivered within 5–7 business working days.
