Shipping

We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lume & Tale piece. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll share instructions for shipping the item back.

Handmade and made-to-order items, and items marked final sale, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
